Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders ship from Crown Point, Indiana within 1 to 2 business days, and often the same day if you order in the morning. You will get an email with tracking as soon as the label is printed.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $8.00 on orders under $100.
• Free standard shipping: on orders of $100 or more, after discounts.
• Express shipping: $15.00 for faster delivery.

Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and your location. Your tracking link shows the latest estimate.

Local pickup

Local customers can choose free pickup at checkout and collect the order from our shop at 150 W Joliet St, Crown Point, IN 46307. We will email you when your order is ready.

Address problems, lost or damaged packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, or it arrives damaged, contact Emily at [email protected] or (219) 384-1033 and we will make it right.
